Newly-developed mushroom variety: Antler mushrooms grow well in Jiangnan Company

Recently, Antler mushroom (鹿茸菇), the new mushroom variety introduced by Jiangsu Jiangnan Biotechnology Co., LTD, is in harvest time in the factory.

Antler mushroom (鹿茸菇) is categorized into vegetable kingdom, Eumycota, Hymenomycetes, Tricholomataceae, Lyophyllum in the taxonomy. Antler mushroom is also known as Coral Fungus in scientific name, and it is a kind of delicious variety which presents upright sporocarps, the appearance of broom, coral as well as little antler, hence comes the name.

Research shows that sporocarps of Antler mushroom are packed with high contents of crude protein and amino, low fat content, trace elements such as Zinc, Copper, Selenium and a great number of vitamin and niacin.

Antler mushroom holds a series of medicinal effects such as lowering blood pressure, reducing blood press, anti-diabetic, antianaphylaxis. Its regular consumption facilitates nourishing and invigorating the body, supporting the healthy energy, enhancing the immune system and delaying the senility.
