Xiangyun Biotechnology: Technical advantages boost modernized White fungus production

As the sole company that devotes to industrialized and automatic White fungus production in bottles, Fujian Xiangyun Biotechnology Co., LTD holds 30 national patents, 7 patents of invention, 20 patents for utility models. And, it has also independently developed six advanced technologies which refer to Water Purification, Air Purification, High-temperature Sterilization, Green Circulation, Energy-saving Control and Digital Intelligence. Through vertical production in refrigeration house, intelligent regulation of environmental condition, the optimal environment for growth and storage of White fungus is satisfied, which guarantees stable production, high per unit yield and year-round fruiting. Armed with all technical advantages, electricity consumption could be reduced for at least 40% while rate of final products hits above 99% in Xiangyun Company. In addition, air cleaning system cuts off diseases and pests, 105 sets of data acquisition and transmission system of Internet of things help realize the traceability of products.

“Industrialized White fungus project launched by our company holds 300 million CNY of investment and occupies 60,000 square meters of area on standard factory. Besides, we also own 2 production lines for bottle-mode White fungus production, daily output on fresh White fungus hits 50 tons while annual output comes to 18,000 tons,” introduces Mr. Huang Nuanyun, vice general manager of Xiangyun Company. 

Sticking to the high-end route, products are deeply developed and they enjoy good sales in Xiangyun Company. Besides, the prosperous industry also leads above 200 rural labors to get the total salary of 12 million CNY.
