This industrialized White mushroom workshop wins 15 million CNY of annual output value

Recently, in mushroom workshop managed by Gansu Hongze Agriculture Company, White mushrooms are evolving like numerous steamed breads while workers are busy with the picking, packing and marketing work.

“We are an agricultural industrialization enterprise that integrates factory-mode production of White mushroom, introduction and cultivation of new mushroom variety, high-pressure sterilization and inoculation, cultivation and marketing of mushroom sticks into one,” said general manager of Hongze Company kindly, adding that the estimated annual output on fresh Button mushroom hits 1500 tons and the projected annual economic benefits come to 15 million CNY in the factory.
