Fujian Province: Seafood mushroom production evolves into a FLOURISHING INDUSTRY

Mushrooms are approved as green, organic, nutritious and health-care food while mushroom industry is also a rural economic development project which sets economic benefits, ecological benefits and social benefits into one. 
On October 11, staffs working in Fujian Taining Tongxing Mushroom base are engaged with the harvest work of Seafood mushroom in factory-mode growing room.
Fujian Tongxing Mushroom Co., LTD specializes in cultivation and marketing of Seafood mushroom and other rare mushrooms. The company holds the gross investment of 12 million CNY, it daily outputs 10,000 mushroom bags and above 5000 kg of fresh mushrooms. Since 2016, Tongxing Company has been adopting converged application on modern and advanced equipment, and information technology, positively setting up the intelligent environment measurement and control system, Internet of things in a bid to automatically monitor and regulate a series of factories such as carbon dioxide content, temperature and humidity in growing room, and effectively boost the quality and output of Seafood mushroom.
Nowadays, Seafood mushrooms produced in Tongxing Company are in brand of “Tongxingshun” and “Xuechun”, they show fresh, tender color and lustre, superior quality and products are preferred by consumers in Xi’an, Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and other large and medium-sized cities in China. In 2017, gross mushroom output totaled 1937 tons while output value reached 26.61 million CNY in Tongxing Company.
