Xuerong Company: Rapid price rise of Enoki mushroom drives than-expected performance

According to Profit Announcement published by Shanghai Xuerong Biotechnology Co., Ltd, in first three quarters of 2018, the estimated pure profits reach 120-150 million CNY, up 50.5%-79.6%. In single third quarter, pure profits hit 90 million-120 million CNY, up 120.5%-177.5%.
“Rapid price rise of Enoki mushroom drives the than-expected performance of Xuerong Company. In the third quarter, main cause that boosts the profit is the seasonal price fluctuation of mushroom products, meanwhile, typhoon, flood and other natural calamities also badly impact on parts of vegetable-planting areas in China, thus resulting in tense supply of products. And, price of mushroom products rapidly recovers along with the price of vegetable,” introduces marketing manager warmly, going on that from July to September of 2018, China’s average price of Enoki mushroom is respectively at 5.8 CNY, 6.8 CNY and 7.8 CNY per kg, in September, its highest price hits 8.2 CNY per kg.
