Industrialized White fungus workshop that hits annual output value of 1 billion CNY debuts

On September 20, in fruiting workshop operated by Guangxi Beibuwan Modern Agriculture Co., LTD, 60,000 sticks of superior White fungi show satisfactory growth trend, which indicates that the transformation and upgrading of Beibuwan Company have won the first battle.
From 2018 to 2020, Beibuwan Company proposes to upgrade and transform the whole industrial chain in three phases, including production, processing and packing workshop, refrigeration house, experimental station and other related equipment and facilities. And, it also plans to launch into deep processing industry and develop Canned White Fungus, White Fungus Broth, Frozen White Fungus and White Fungus Cosmetic. Meanwhile, Beibuwan Company intends to apply the recycling technology of mushroom residues, reuse residues for cultivation of fruits and vegetables, or manufacture into organic fertilizer so as to reduce the environmental influence caused by agricultural wastes.
“After the complete upgrading and transformation, the projected annual output value might hit 1 billion CNY,” said general manager of Beibuwan Company confidently.
China is the largest White fungus producer in the world, consumption of White fungus accounts for 99% of gross output. In Guangxi Zhuang Autunomous Region, Guangxi Beibuwan Modern Agriculture Co., LTD is the first company that embarks on large-scale and professional production and processing of White fungus. The successful implementation of project fills in market blank, provides general consumers with various and superior deep-processed White fungus products, and it also offers useful reference for upgrading and transformation of traditional agriculture.
