“We control the temperature and humidity of production workshop by intelligent pattern, temperature is kept at 15 degrees Celsius while the humidity is maintained at a range of 80%-90%. Each workshop absorbs a nine-layer framework which places 60,000 culture bottles of White beech and Crab mushrooms. substrates are made of straw, sawdust, bran, rice bran, cottonseed hull and other agricultural wastes,” said Mr. Zhang Changling, director of the fruiting workshop passionately, going on that mechanized and intelligent technology adopted in the workshop not only saves labor cost, but also lifts production efficiency. And, transmission of conveyor belt has been realized in Raw Material Warehouse, Sterilization House, Fruiting Workshop and Packing Workshop, daily mushroom output comes to 50 tons, 20 tons of mushrooms are weekly exported to USA while another 30 tons weekly gush into Thailand market.
