Industrialized mushroom production thrives in Qingfeng County, Henan Province of China

Over the years, mushroom industry has been stimulated to an intensitve, large-scale, anniversary, standardized development direction in Qingfeng County. By now, a characteristic and bright industrial pattern which greatly boosts poverty alleviation has been exploited.
Up to now, 15 enterprises engaging in industrialized mushroom production have been established within Qingfeng County, anniversary production on Enoki, King oyster, Seafood, Brown Shimeji and White beech mushroom has been realized. Besides, the county absorbs 12,000 standard mushroom greenhouses, gross area of cultivation totals 15 million square meters, annual mushroom output comes to 200,000 tons, comprehensive output value hits 1.5 billion CNY while 15,000 poor population are powerfully drivened to embark on the industry and increase handsome incomes.
The 14th National Mushroom Supplies Expo & Mushroom Factory Development Meeting is preliminarily scheduled to be held in October, 2018.
