Full-function Ecological Control Equipment boosts industrialized White fungus production

Recognized as “The Capital of Mushroom in China”, White fungi produced in Gutian County, Fujian Province of China are also rated as National Geographic Iconic Products. In Gutian County, annual output on fresh White fungus comes to 330,000 tons, which accounts for above 90% of that of China. Besides, output value reaches nearly 2 billion CNY.
By now, mushroom growing has become the pillar, characteristic and prosperous industry in Gutian County, of which White fungus production is accepted as the characteristic industry that supports precise poverty removal. Within the county, 70% of farmers’ incomes are sourced from White fungus growing and so on.
In the 1960s, artificial cut-log White fungus cultivation emerged in Gutian County, and in the 1990s, industrialized (factory-mode) and pollution-free production was formally promoted.
In 2016, Fujian Dingfeng Refrigeration Equipment Co., LTD was settled in Gutian County, and then, Full-function Ecological Control Equipment for White Fungus Production was successfully developed by the company and acquired national patent. Now, the equipment is in comprehensive application in 91 cultivation rooms built by Tiantianyuan Agricultural Ecological Company which is the largest enterprise engaging in industrialized White fungus production in Gutian County, and another 2 companies also introduced the equipment and gave out ideal and optimistic feedback.
Nowadays, a great number of mushroom enterprises take aim at the production. Industrialized White fungus production turns on ecological control equipment which realizes the stabilization of temperature, humidity, ventilation and illumination, thus guaranteeing the anniversary mushroom production, boosting the output of White fungus, enhancing the economic benefits while promoting the gorgeous transformation of White fungus industry.
