Industrialized mushroom project breeds superior Enoki mushrooms

Now, in Fujian Ganghengtai Biotechnology Co., LTD, staffs are engaged with preparation work of Enoki mushroom production.
“In late August, the first batch of Enoki mushroom could be sold to oversea nations. Now, orders from Europe, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries are coming in flocks. After the complete production, the estimated annual output on fresh Enoki mushroom hits 100 tons while output value attains 200 million CNY,” introduces Mr. Su Shibin, marketing manager from Ganghengtai Company passionately.
Fujian Ganghengtai Biotechnology Co., LTD mainly specializes in promotion and service of biotechnology, R&D of high-efficiency mushroom production craft and reutilization technology of substrate, industrialized mushroom production, processing and marketing, production and marketing of frozen, dried and pickled mushroom foods as well as mushroom beverages. Ganghengtai Biotechnology Project invested by the company carries 500 million CNY of investment and it is divided into two phases. Phase One holds the planned investment of 200 million CNY and the anticipated operation time is in late 2018.
