On July 25, in Zhejiang Sangni Mushroom Technology Co., LTD which situates in Xiazhen Village, Liandu District, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province of China, Shiitake mushrooms cultivated in industrialized factory are in harvest time.
“We mainly engage in R&D of new mushroom technology and mode, now, area of fruiting workshop and mushroom greenhouse respectively totals 500 square meters and 4000 square meters,” introduces chairman of Sangni Company warmly.
Regarding directed fruiting, the core product is directional bags which shoulder a quarter of light penetration. In general, on surface that light penetrates, operator implements single-face inoculation and puncture to help bring about the difference of maturity on surface of mushroom sticks or logs.
Wall-mode fruiting highlights smooth flow of air, illumination and water directly go through to the lower layer, and it is more convenient for growers to control the fruiting environment compared with the cultivation in shelves.
Now, in China, industrialized (factory-mode) mushroom production gains popularity on a series of varieties such as Enoki, King oyster, Seafood mushroom and others while it hasn’t been realized yet on Shiitake mushroom blocked by many technical difficulties. After years of technical research, technology on directed fruiting of Shiitake mushroom, energy-saving, high-efficiency temperature control, and oxygen regulation has been smoothly exploited in Lishui City, Zhejiang Province of China, which effectively solves a series of puzzles on regulation and control of temperature, humidity, illumination and air during the process of industrialized Shiitake production. Through technical integration, industrialized Shiitake production is blossoming into flower.
