Industrializd White fungus production leads smart development trend

On July 17, in one of factories engaging in industrialized mushroom production in Jigang Village, Gutian County, Fujian Province of China, White fungi are evolving into fruiting time.
“Regarding industrialized White fungus production, we adopt third-generation equipment which was developed on the basis of the growth requirement of White fungus. Through the regulation of temperature control, we control the temperature at a range of 15-50 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, the equipment guarantees the anniversary White fungus production, as long as humidity, concentration of carbon dioxide and temperature are integrally controlled, White fungus production could be fruitful and satisfying,” introduces person in charge of the factory excitedly.
Gutian County has long been known as “Mushroom Capital in China”, according to statistics, annual output value on fresh mushroom comes to over 800,000 tons and gross output value hits above 10 billion CNY within the county, besides, White fungi produced in Gutian County account for 90% of global output, mushroom industry widely benefits 70% of agricultural population within Gutian County.
In addition, by now, a series of intensive deep-processed mushroom products such as Freeze-dried White Fungus Broth, White Fungus Cookies, Monkey head Mushroom Juice and others have been developed in Gutian County, products gain popularity by customers. In the future, Gutian County is going to constantly reinforce the efforts on scientific research, boost the industry of deep processing and promote the upgrading of mushroom industry.
