Factory-mode mushroom production shows a large-scale development trend

Now, in mushroom workshop operated by Jiangsu Yuguan Industry Garden, a series of procedures of mushroom production such as bagging, inoculation, picking and packing are in full swing.
Since the operation of Phase-one Project, Jiangsu Yuguan Modern Agriculture Technology Co., LTD has been striving to realize organic mushroom production with the support of full set of European-imported equipment and Dutch advanced production craft. Now, daily output on fresh mushroom comes to 50 tons in the company. After the operation of Phase-two, the anticipated daily output could hit 110 tons.
Jiangsu Yuguan Modern Agriculture Technology Co., LTD also strives to build Jiangsu Yuguan Industry Garden into an intelligent and modernized Button mushroom garden which integrates production, supply, marketing and logistics into one. Besides, it mainly engages in R&D and cultivation of mother strain, import and export business on mycelia composting, fermentation, cultivation, refrigeration, processing of cans and others.
Guan’nan County, Jiangsu Province of China holds a long history on aspect of mushroom cultivation. Over the years, the county keeps on seizing mushroom growing as the leading industry which deepens the adjustment of agricultural structure and promotes the development of modern agriculture. By the end of April, gross mushroom output came to 160,000 tons while output value hit nearly 1.2 billion CNY.
