Seafood mushroom production yields substantial profits

Founded in 2003, Fujian Shennong Mushroom Incorporated is located in Shunchang County, Fujian Province of China where holds superior ecological environment and abundant resources on broad-leaf sawdust and fir sawdust (Within Shunchang County, percentage of forest cover reaches up to 78.8%.)
Since its establishment, Shennong Company has been putting itself into the R&D of strain, industrialized mushroom production, deep processing, marketing and cold-chain storage, import and export as well as technical mushroom training and promotion. By now, the company has set up 3 mushroom bases that cover 400 mu of land.
As China’s largest company engaging in Seafood mushroom production, Shennong Company daily outputs hundreds of tons of Seafood mushrooms all over the country and other oversea markets in Southeast Asia, Europe and America, market occupancy reaches 40% of China’s gross output. In addition, brands of “Shennong Snow” and “Zhaofeng Fairy” developed by the company are salable varieties both in China’s and oversea markets.
However, Seafood mushrooms produced in Shunchang Company are in varied quality, which becomes the bottleneck that restricts further development.
“To acquire core agricultural competitiveness, we need to firstly deepen and strengthen it. Up to now, Shennong Company has schemed the standard of Seafood mushroom industry, and it is also the sole enterprise that debuts automatic mushroom production,” introduces deputy director of Agricultural Bureau of Shunchang County passionately, going on that it takes at least three years to develop a mature strain of Seafood mushroom, then, mavens also have to go through repeated tests before putting it into large-scale operation so as to strive for perfection on each link.
Over years of development, Fujian Shennong Mushroom Incorporated has pour substantial funds on R&D of new mushroom variety, and it is on the cutting edge regarding strain technology, improvement of cultivation craft, control of bionic environment, formula of substrate and R&D of new variety.
