Factory-mode Straw mushroom growing fulfills anniversary production

On June 15, Straw mushrooms produced in base of Mianhuazhuang Town, Huai’an City, Jiangsu Province of China are exuberantly evolving into harvest stage.
“We adopt secondary fermentation, shelf-mode and anniverdary production technology in controllable air-conditioned house. Output in each square attains 5 kg. Besides, each mushroom house occupies 210 square meters, production area totals 550 square meters while annual output comes to 1500 tons,” introduces principal of the base warmly.
Straw mushrooms carry high nutritional values, including 16 amino acids which boost the immune system.
Growth of Straw mushroom is closely linked to environment and in general, the preferred temperature is at 30 degrees Celsius or so. In addition, summer promotes the peak growth period of Straw mushroom, in addition to the requirement on temperature, humidity should be controlled at above 90%.
