Zhejiang Longquan Shuangyi Mushroom Co., LTD: Automatic Enoki mushroom production booms

On June 8, staffs working in Zhejiang Longquan Shuangyi Mushroom Co., LTD are engaged with trimming, packing and marketing work of Enoki mushroom in automatic production workshop.
Shuangyi Company is a key agricultural leading enterprise which professionally works on industrialized mushroom production, at present, the company holds 65 million CNY of gross investment and it annually outputs above 5000 tons of fresh mushrooms.
In accordance with the principle of bioengineering technology, a series of waste materials such as corncob, cottonseed hull, rice bran and bran left by crop production are reused for rare mushroom production (Enoki, Pleurotus nebrodensis and so on).
“Through source detection on inputs, mechanized production course and intelligent control of production environment, Enoki mushrooms and Pleurotus nebrodensis produced in the company are pure-white, tall and straight, sweet and exquisite,” said chairman of Shuangyi Company passionately, going on that the company also positively explores cyclic production technology, and develops comprehensive utilization on production wastes of Enoki mushrooms. Specifically speaking, waste residues left by Enoki mushroom production are reused for production of Oyster, Pleurotus geesteranus and other varieties, or they are supplied to beef as the feeds. By now, two cyclic production modes which refer to “Waste Materials of Agricultural Crops→Enoki Mushroom→Pleurotus Geesteranus→Fuel” and “Waste Materials of Agricultural Crops→Enoki Mushroom→Feed→Marsh Gas→Fertilizer” have been established in Shuangyi Company.
