On June 7, in Shandong Guanyu Agricultural Science and Technology Co., LTD, some workers are busy picking superior Button mushrooms while others are engaged with picking and sorting work of King oyster mushroom.
Founded on August, 2011, Shandong Guanyu Agricultural Science and Technology Co., LTD is a comprehensive scientific and technical company which integrates mushroom production, R&D, preservation, processing, marketing, training and promotion into one. Now, the company occupies 103.5 mu of area, holds the registered fund of 15 million CNY and it is known as the leading mushroom enterprise within Shandong Province of China.
“We incorporate 130 smart and industrialized fruiting houses, area for intelligent constant-temperature workshop, automatic processing workshop of mushroom bag and high-standard sterile purification workshop  respectively totals 26,000, 2500 and 600 square meters,” introduces general manager of Guanyu Company warmly, adding that daily output capacity on industrialized King oyster mushroom reaches 60,000 bags, annual output on fresh King oyster mushroom comes to over 10,000 tons.
Known as Eryngii, King oyster mushrooms hold tender and crisp texture, tasty flavor and the fragrance of almond on caps and stipes. This kind of mushroom is high-protein and low-fat, it could be favourably compared with meats and eggs by virtues of balanced nutrition and rich essential amino-acid while it is also the ideal dietary supplement which is preferred by the elderly and obesity patients.
