Factory that annually outputs 20,000 tons of Enoki mushroom shines

Now, in mushroom factory newly built by Zhejiang Kangcheng Mushroom Co., LTD, roaring machines and several production lines are in operation, which shows a busy scene.
After 2 years of preparation, industrialized mushroom project which holds annual output of over 20,000 tons was formally put into operation on 25th, February of 2018 in Kangcheng Company. Now, the project carries 180 million CNY of gross investment, occupies 51 mu of land and 36,800 square meters of gross floor area. Besides, there are 782 sets of production equipment, after it goes into operation, the expected annual output on Enoki mushroom bags and fresh Enoki mushroom respectively hits 120,000 bottles and 60 tons.
“There are seven steps from material-mixing to fruiting, and most of them are realized on production line,” introduces Mr. Yao, chairman of Kangcheng Company passionately, going on that industrialized mushroom production could be realized throughout the year, and supported by internationally-advanced production line, technology and management mode of Enoki mushroom, a series of hard links such as heat-preservation and sterilization could be controlled while efficiency is greatly improved.
