Jinwanchen Company: Enoki mushroom is now a booming business

Recent days, Nanjing Jinwanchen Biotechnology Co., LTD has been vigorously engaged with production of Enoki mushroom. According to know, now, Phase One of Jinwanchen Company holds 60 tons of daily output on Enoki mushroom, and the capacity will reach 80 tons on Phase Two that will be completely constructed soon, which contributes to gross daily output of 140 tons and makes it become second-to-none production base of Enoki mushroom within Jiangsu Province of China.
As the key project in Nanjing City, Nanjing Jinwanchen Biotechnology Garden holds the total planned site area of nearly 510 mu, gross investment of 1.6 billion CNY and the project is constructed in three phases.
“Sterilization is one of crucial processes during mushroom production, our company owns high degree of automation and we only hire over 60 front-line workers now. Phase One of the project was put into production on 17th, April of 2016, the whole production period is about 50 days, daily output reaches 60 tons while annual output comes to 23,000 tons,” introduces manager in Quality Control Department of Nanjng Jinwanchen Biotechnology Co., LTD, going on that Phase Two covers over 40 mu of land and area of structure totals 40,000 square meters, it will be put into production next year, at that time, daily output on Enoki mushroom is expected to obtain 80 tons and gross daily mushroom output of the company will go up to 140 tons.
