Industrialized Pleurotus geesteranus send out fragrance

Recently, in mushroom workshop that belongs to Fujian Dacheng Biotechnology Co., LTD of Longhu Village, Mingxi County, Fujian Province of China, bags of Pleurotus geesteranus are leading desirable growth tendency. According to know, in June, Phase One of the workshop was put into production, packages of fresh pleurotus geesteranus were sold to big cities of China and Southeast Asia.
“Compared with traditional cultivation mode, industrialized mushroom cultivation is not restricted by climate. Under artificially-created environment, temperature, humidity, illumination, ventilation and moisture management are standardized, mushroom cultivation could be realized throughout the year while it shows shorter period, it only takes 30-40 days from bag-preparation to fruiting,” said the general manager of Dacheng Company, adding that mushrooms cultivated from the workshop are superior and green.
It is understood that Dacheng Company has raised 10 million CNY of investment on Phase One of workshop, production workshop that covers over 1000 square meters and cultivation room that covers over 5000 square meters have been constructed. Besides, refrigerator and air cleaner have been equipped in workshop, through physical method such as refrigerator, water screen and air cleaner, inner temperature could be lowered while production period is shortened. According to statistics, Dacheng Company produces 6-10 batches of Pleurotus geesteranus per year, daily output on fresh mushroom comes to 2 tons while average market price is at 12,000 CNY per ton.
