Anhui Province: Raise 200 million CNY to build the largest Eryngii base

Recently, Anhui Fengyuan Food Limited Liability Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fengyuan Group announced that it jointly raises funds with Huayawodun Group to found Anhui Huawo Fengyuan Mushroom Development Co., LTD, and strives to build the largest production, processing and research base of King oyster mushroom in Anhui Province, China.
According to know, the project is to be invested in 2 phases, Phase One holds the investment of 50 million CNY, the anticipated land area of 100 mu and the daily output of at least 30 tons, it mainly engages in the construction of production line. Besides, the gross investment of the two phases will not less than 200 million CNY with the gross land area of 240 mu and the daily output of King oyster mushroom of above 60 tons.
King oyster mushroom industry is in line with the policies of national benefiting-farmers, the needs for modern agricultural development as well as the unique advantage for national development circular economy need. Most importantly, King oyster mushrooms show tremendous demand both in domestic and oversea markets, they are in short supply and hold wide development prospects. After the operation of project, the estimated initial annual revenues could come to 75 million CNY while the annual net profits add up to 15 million CNY.
