Recently, semi-industrialized cultivation of Pleurotus geesteranus realized technical breakthrough in Shanxi Zituan Company, the daily output in each experimental greenhouse reaches 2 tons. To estimate by the market price of 12,000 CNY per ton and 70% of loss, the daily production value could obtain 16,800 CNY.
It is understood that before the promotion of cultivation technology, primary Pleurotus geesteranus sacks naturally raise temperature and go through spawn running in sunlight greenhouse, which results in uneven spawn-running. Now, mushroom sacks achieve unified spawn-running in refrigeration house, which dramatically hikes the fruiting rate. And the daily amount comes to 2000 kg while daily production value adds up to 16,800 CNY in each greenhouse. In a word, the advantages on product quality, management, disease control and input-output ratio have been evidently revealed.
