Button mushroom cultivation realizes standardized production

At present, the Button mushrooms of Yanmin Farming Co.,Ltd. in Nanyang City, Henan Province are being harvested in the area of 5000 ㎡. The workers are busying picking, slitting, testing, packing, binning, then the products are sent to big supermarkets in Beijing, Zhengzhou and so on.
It is said that the company cultivates Button mushroom by using the raw materials like cow dung, wheat straw, corn straw, rice straw, and the scrap materials of fruiting could be reused to produce organic fertilizer and others, which reduces environment pollution that was caused by burning cow dung and straws. In 2016, the Button mushrooms of the base passed the national attestation of organic products.
