The mushroom deep processing project started its trial production with Zhongxing Mushroom Company
As reported by CEMBN, at present, in the workshops of Zhongxing Mushroom Company, workers are busying packaging white Shimeji.
It is known that the project was invested by Shanxi Zhongxing Mushroom Technology Co.,LTD. in 2014. The construction contents include mushroom biological engineering research center, strain storage area, breeding and production area, fungus polysaccharose production area, polysaccharose health food area and assistant facilities such as supply of heat, distribution, waste-water treatment and so on.
So far, the project has been completed and got trial production, which mainly produces White Shimeji and Brown Shimeji with a monthly output of up to 300 tons while creating 300 jobs.
