Tianshui Zhongxing Mushroom Company signed “Letter of Share Acquisition” with another company

On November 23th, Tianshui Zhongxing Mushroom technology Co., Ltd. Signed a “Letter of Share Acquisition”with Sichuan Dongzang Modern Agriculture Development LLC. on using own funds to purchase part of Sichuan Fengzang Company’s stock rights, which were hold by Sichuan Dongzang Mushroom Company. Zhongxing Mushroom Company plans to buy 24.1% of Sichuan Fengzang Company’s stock rights, the procurement price is less than 50 million CNY.
We have learned that as a China-Japan joint venture, Sichuan Fengzang Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd.mainly engaged in industrialized Button mushroom cultivation with an area of 193.99 mu. At present, the project is under preparation and has not yet been put into production.
The Letter promotes the scale of Button mushroom cultivation base to expand rapidly and further consolidates the market position in the field of industrialized Button mushroom cultivation in China.
