The cultivation technique of Oyster Mushroom

1. strictly conduct compost fermentation
Strictly control the quality and formula of compost, control the fermenting procedure of corncob, good fermented compost should be rufous or brown, with soft texture, no any ammonia or acid smell, with moderate water content.
2. strictly control temperature of ferment material
Firstly, keep fermentation temperature between 65 to 75 degree. Secondly, keep an even temperature during the fermentation. Thirdly, make sure a thorough heat dissipation when bagging and under 30 degree.
3. strictly control humidity of ferment material
Grower should concentrate on prewetting, turning and water transferring. Keep the wet on about 65 percent.

Eligible bactericides should be added. At present, “Kemeiling” is most widely used in cultivating Oyster Mushroom. The usage amount is 0.1 percent. In addition, insecticides such as DDVP should be sprayed when turning.

In order to avoid diseases, cultivation field should be disinfected by using lime disinfection method, chemical disinfection method and high-temperature method.
6. strictly pay attention to the temperature of fungus sack
Some procedures such as making stronger ventilation or lowering layers must be taken to decrease temperature of fungus sack if the temperature exceeds 25 degree.
7.Create advantageous oyster mushroom cultivating conditions
Do the ventilation, management of temperature and humidity, reduce opportunities of various diseases. In addition, growers should master the thinking of disease prevention and control and also reduce the opportunities of Oyster Mushroom diseases.
