Hebei: Pingquan mushroom exported to 15 countries

At present, the Shiitake is growing well in each edible mushroom park in Pingquan County. The farmers are looking forward to the coming harvest.
For the past few years, Pingquan County based improving the farmers’ income and agricultural efficiency, developing edible mushroom industry. After many years of practice and development, Pingquan achieved the scientific mushroom cultivation in park and factory. Now there are 0.45 billion bags mushroom cultivating in Pingquan County every year, annual output 0.45 million tons with a total value 4.5 billion RMB. The mushroom is not only sold to over 60 large and medium-sized cities including Beijing and Shanghai, but also sold well in 15 countries such as America, Japan and South Korea.
