Usually, spawn bags that are infected by bacteria (bad spawn bags)always be treated as waste. However, Caiduan edible mushroom production base and Chikengyang the second stage base in Pingdu street, Qingyuan county, Zhejiang province. People use the “ bad spawn bags” to produce summer mushroom spawn bags.
It’s introduced, after the“bad spawn bags” is sterilized, it can produce new spawn bags. It’s not only reduced the production of edible mushroom production waste, but reduced the consumption of wood resources, both economic and environment protection.
At present, Caiduan edible mushroom production base rational used 10 thousand the “bad spawn bags”, the new materials produced 100 thousand bags. Chikengyang two stage base used 380 thousand the “bad spawn bags” and produced 350 thousand summer mushrooms. It effectively utilizes the waste resources.
