Shanxi: Several foreign students went to Xi’an to learn edible mushroom cultivation technology

Lately, a group of young people were from Russia, Argentina, Columbia, French, Italy and other seven countries came to Xi’an , Shanxi Xinmiao mushroom industry to learn edible-medicinal mushroom cultivation technology.
It’s understood, foreign consumers mainly eat White mushroom and Straw mushroom two kinds of mushrooms, both of them planting belongs to fermentation material cultivation. While China’s edible mushroom species are very rich, such as Oyster mushroom, King Oyster mushroom, Enoki mushrooms and so on, Xi’an Oyster mushroom cultivation and consumption are ranked in the front of the country, these all belong to clinker cultivation, after mixing, bagging, breeding until inoculation and other processes, that’s the main reasons why “foreign people” choose Xi’an to learn edible-medicinal mushroom breeding and cultivation technology.
It’s introduced, foreigners learned in Xinmiao mushroom industry were free, they didn’t need spend any cost. The factory director said that they were ready to build new factories and planed to provide better learning, experiencing, quartering surroundings, welcoming all friends to come here.
