Shanxi: “MuyeⅠ” wild Button mushroom contains more selenium than common Button mushroom

Recently, Beijing Nutrient Resource Institution tested the nutrition composition of “MuyeⅠ” wild Button mushroom. According to the test report, every 100g “MuyeⅠ” fresh wild Button mushroom contains 4.31g protein, 0.4g fat and 52.8μg selenium. At present, general edible mushrooms contain 3.8g protein and 0.2g fat. Button mushroom contain the highest content of selenium, every 100g Button mushrooms contain 39.18μg selenium. According to the detection report of “MuyeⅠ” wild Button mushroom, its selenium content is 30% higher than common Button mushroom's. 
“MuyeⅠ” wild Button mushroom comes from wild mushroom, it is better than common Button mushroom. This mushroom is easy to be cultivated, its picking period is longer and its output is higher. With the cultivation of “MuyeⅠ” wild Button mushroom’s expanded, the popularity of it improved and welcomed by customers, this new species wild mushroom has a good market prospect.
