Recently, an old mushroom farmer and his team had achieved on industrialized Hericium erinaceus bottle cultivation. After achieved industrialized Hericium erinaceus bag cultivation refrigeration room and refrigeration storage, the team began to research bottle cultivation of Hericium erinaceus. After the research on the growth characteristic of Hericium erinaceus for several years, especially, varieties selection, raw materials formula, growth feature and CO2 and other core technologies research, at present, the team has developed the Hericium erinaceus species, which is suitable for annual production in refrigeration room and refrigeration storage. Compared withcommon Hericium erinaceus, Hericium erinaceus of bottle cultivation looks more pretty and regular. The growth cycle of bottle cultivation is  3 to 10 days shorter than Enoki mushrooms'. Hericium erinaceus of bottle cultivation is sold better than the one of bag cultivation  for sell.
