Hebei: An edible mushroom factory appeared in Zhangjiakou

According to the principle of cellar food storage, an edible mushroom cooperation of Zhangjiakou built 48 “underground” greenhouses that covers the total area of 800 mu. The underground base is set up by spawn production room, drying room, packaging room and fruiting room for industrialized mushroom cultivation. The inner temperature of greenhouses has been controlled at 5-27 degrees, which is beneficial for mushroom growth. At present, the cooperation has total cultivated 31 mushroom species, such as, Oyster mushroom, Shiitake, Hericium erinaceus, it produces 2 tons per day. It is predicted that the annual income can reach 15 million CNY.
