Liaoning: A new technique of Black fungus cultivation has been created by Huanren mushroom farmers

Generally, edible mushrooms are cultivated under shady environment, usually under forests or in greenhouse. However, Black fungus is cultivated under sunshine in Huanren. 
According to local mushroom farmers, there are drawbacks of cultivating Black fungus under forests, such as, bacteria may easily breed, the output of Black fungus decreases year by year, its taste is turning worse. After a careful research, Mr. Guo built a small Black fungus cultivation base which is paved by mulching film for preventing bacteria. He also installed automatic water spray facilities on the base. Black fungus growing in his base has good taste and looks similar with them that is cultivated under forests. 
Cultivating Black fungus under sunshine is successful. The annual output of Black fungus is 1500 kilograms. This new technique improves the quality and yield of Black fungus.
