Henan: A lot of anti-season Shiiatke appears on the market with the price of 8CNY/kg on average

At present, it is the harvest season of Shiiatke in Lushi county, Henan province. Members of Shunlin edible mushroom professional cooperation are busying in picking Shiitake.
This year, the production scale reached 3 million bags in Shunlin edible mushroom professional cooperation. Now, it is the fruiting period of Shiiake , some farmers have finished their first harvest. According to the director of the cooperation, each bag can produce 400g mushrooms with the average price of 8 CNY/kg. Now, the output value of each spawn bag has achieved over 3 CNY, it is expected that 3 million spawn bags can achieve output value more than 9 million CNY.
