Jiangsu: The price of bag planting Enoki mushroom is higher in high temperature season

Enoki mushroom is normally cultivated in bags and bottles. The price of bag planting Enoki mushroom is around 100 CNY per box (20 kg), which is higher than the one of bottle planting Enoki mushroom that is 80 CNY per box. Most mushroom producers prefer to apply bottle cultivation of Enoki mushroom. The reason is that bottle cultivation saves both labors and money, bottle planting mushrooms are regular and of high quality. However, bottle planting mushrooms are always sold in lower price than bag planting mushrooms. 
According to Mr. Wu who is the manager of Jiangsu Hongfeng Fruit and Vegetable food Co., LTD, the price of bottle planting Enoki mushroom is normally lower than bag planting ones in every summer. The main reason is that moisture content of bottle planting Enoki mushroom is relatively higher, the expiration date of it is shorter than bag planting Enoki mushroom. However, it may altered in winter. Due to the cold weather, the expiration date of bottle planting Enoki mushroom will be shorter, the quality advantages of bottle cultivation may be more competitive than bag cultivation.
