Beijing: New grids for professional drying facilitate Black fungus production

Beijing Baoyuling Black fungus cultivation base introduced new grids for drying Black fungus. The new grids adopt layer-framed structure, which is specially designed for drying Black fungus. The drying net employs fine-mesh wires, it is made by three layers with the spacing of 10 cm. 
It is easy to be used. Firstly, put the newly harvested Black fungus on the top layer, when they become fixed, turn them over to the second layer. Then, put the next harvested Black fungus on the top layer and turn them over to the second layer once they are shaped. The procedure should be repeated. 
This grid not only saves the labor and time, but also guarantee the quality of dried Black fungus. According to the manager of Baoyuling Black fungus cultivation base, as the increasing production of Black fungus, such grids are necessary to be employed in this base.
