Guizhou：Bamboo Fungus Research Institution plans to publish cooperation project on mushroom fair

Mr. Wu from Guizhou Bamboo Fungus Research Institution will attend “2015 China (QIngdao) International Edible Mushroom New Product and Technology Fair” from 8th to 11th of May. This fair is conducted by China Edible Mushroom Business Net and China Vegetable Circulation Association. On this fair, Mr. Wu intends to display special Bamboo Fungus from Guizhou and processing products. At the meantime, he plans to publish cooperation project.
Bamboo Fungus from Guizhou is the species of top-quality and highest price in all Bamboo Fungus. Traditional Bamboo Fungus is the one from Guizhou. It has been served for lots of big conferences and political celebrities as soup. At present, one kilogram Guizhou Bamboo Fungus is sold for over 600 CNY. Because for strict growing environment and difficulty to cultivate, the annual yield is only around 400 tons. But over 90% of it is for export. Thus, there is a big gap between production and supply.
Guizhou Bamboo Fungus Research Institution is found from 1995. It devotes to Bamboo Fungus cultivation, processing and industry development. From 2012, industrialization cultivation of Bamboo Fungus made a breakthrough. It obtained the national patent. For the purpose of converting scientific research achievements into market benefit, Research Institution is willing to make cooperation with other provinces by attending this mushroom fair to promote Bamboo Fungus industry.
