Zhejiang: Qingyuan Shiitake spawn bags are exported to overseas market

Wanfang Agricultural professional cooperative in Qingyuan targeted foreign merchants’ demand of Shiitake spawn bags, it has expanded the overseas market effectively. 
At present, the cooperative is busying in producing Shiitake spawn bags for exporting to Korea. After these spawn bags are exported to Korea, mushrooms grow in the green house after cultivated for one month. Korean consumers can reach the delicious Chinese Qingyuan Shiitake. It is predicted that this base can produce over 1.5 million Shiitake spawn bags this year, 30% of them can be delivered to Korea this July.
In Qingyuan, there are many cooperatives producing spawn bags for exporting overseas. According to the statistics from QIngyuan Edible Mushroom Authority, many countries had ordered Shiitake bags from Qingyuan, such as, Korea, Singapore, Australia and Japan. The annual export amount of spawn bags reaches over one million.
