Oyster mushroom is mostly produced in greenhouse in Fangshan District. In recent days, Beijing was suffering strong wind and dropping temperature, which has a serious impact on Oyster cultivation. The amount of Oyster mushroom on the market is reducing, the price shows an increasing trend.
According to recent market quotation, Oyster mushroom from the agriculture market at Dayang Road is sold at 9 to 11 CNY/kg. Besides, the price of Oyster mushroom from Yuegezhuang agriculture market is 10 CNY/kg, it is 6 to 7 CNY/kg in Xinfadi agriculture market.
