Under the direction of Zhejiang edible mushroom experts, farmers from Sinkiang edible mushroom cooperation is busying in mushroom bags production of Black Fungus. They are mastered in mushroom production techniques now, and Black Fungus has became a highlight in Sinkiang.
From the starting of this project, director teem developed “courtyard economy” of edible mushroom and introduced mushroom species, such as Stropharia rugosoannulata. Besides, they monitored and analyzed new environment, weather and raw material resources, then they did the experiment of Black Fungus fruiting. This year, Sinkiang expanded production scale, harvested 1000 bags in the first batch. It increases local famers’ income and promotes social harmony.
