Guangxi: Lingyun "Reishi chicken" has a wide prospect in market

Reishi is a kind of precious mushroom who has high nutritional value and medicinal value, but in Jiayou town of Lingyun county in Guangxi, specially "Reishi chicken farming" makes people to have a new understanding of how to use Reishi. We have learned the ”Reishi chicken farm” feeds chickens with grain which mixed soaked Reishi water. As the "Reishi chicken feed" is the finest herbs and pollution-free food,  the implied cost is higher, but the "Reishi chicken" and "Reishi egg" taste good with high nutritional value, so the product has been in short supply. At present, one "Reishi egg” costs 3 CNY each, and for chicken it’s 100 CNY/kg. This year, the base plans to cultivate 80 thousand "Reishi chicken" with 500 thousand to 1 million eggs, realizing the annual revenue 1~ 1.5 million CNY.
