Zhejiang: The first batch of Stropharia Rugoso-Annulata is on sell in Tonglu

Currently, the first batch of Stropharia Rugoso-Annulata cultivated in Tonglu is freshly on sell. 
Stropharia Rugoso-Annulata cultivation adopts to the method called “rice and mushroom crop rotation”. Every square meter produces 12-15 kg fresh mushrooms. The predicted yield of every mu reaches 3-4 tons. According to the price that is 10 CNY/kg, the whole production value can reach 30,000 to 40,000. 
Except the economic benefits, the method “rich and mushroom crop rotation” utilizes the straw effectively. It avoids the pollution caused by burning straw. Besides, the wasted mushroom bags can be used as fertilizer for rice cultivation. It contributes to the reducing of the use of chemical fertilizers, and it is beneficial for ecological benefits.
