Jiangsu: Yuguan Industrial Park produces the first batch of organic Button Mushroom of high quality

From the first project operated by Yuguan Industrial Park, a full set of Europe equipment and the Netherlands advanced production technology have been imported for producing organic Button Mushroom. Recently, the first batch of quality organic Button Mushroom has been cultivated. The daily production amount is about 50 tons. The second project is predicted to produce 110 tons daily. It achieves the promising trend of both production and sell.
Yuguan Industrial Park aims to establish a modern and intelligent science park of Button Mushroom cultivation, integrating production, supply, sell and logistics industry. The main operating items are the development and cultivation of edible mushroom spawn, the modern spawn and compost of Button Mushroom, fermentation, cultivation, and the import and export of fresh food, frozen food, canned food and other products. 
Till now, the production of white Enokitake mushroom from this industrial park ranks first in China. “Guannan Enkitake Mushroom” has been examined by National Bureau of Quality Inspection and it has been declared for geographical indication protection products. Yuguan Industrial Park also imports Pleurotus Nebrodensis, Pleurotus Eryngii and other mushroom species. It introduces edible fungus deep-processing enterprises that extends the chain of edible fungus industry. Due to the new production technology “mushroom bags altered to mushroom bottles” implemented by Kewei Edible Mushroom Co. LTD., and Guanfeng Edible Mushroom Co. LTD., the production cost is reduced. Meantime, the market competitiveness of mushroom products from Yuguan Industrial Park is enhancing, which adds impetus for the development of edible fungus industry.
