Market：The overall price of Oyster mushroom rose compared with last year in same April

It was said that the overall price of Oyster mushroom rose compared with last year in same April except a few area keep the same price or lower. Hui County in Henan and Han Dan in Hebei, the main Oyster mushroom production base, have a phased low price nearly 1.6 RMB per kilogram that made huge economic loss to mushroom growers, so this year lots of mushroom growers turned Oyster mushroom cultivation into another, which led the oyster mushroom cultivation scale down from the last year. This year, oyster mushroom production start to cut down and the price increased in this short supply situation. On April 22nd, Oyster mushroom is 5.84 RMB per kilogram in Beijing, up 17.9 percent from the same time last year, the price last year was 4.79 RMB per kilogram. The national average price is 5.04 RMB per kilogram, up 9.3 percent compared with the price 4.57 RMB per kilogram of last year.
