Henan: Beef-flavored Portabella mushroom is promising in mushroom market

Aojite Edible Mushroom Development Co., LTD has produced successfully Portabella mushroom of beef flavor. Portabella mushroom was picked every four hours in the nine standardized mushroom house. They can be picked three times during one day, and the total daily picking amount is 400 kg. 
Portabella mushroom are cultivated by company intelligence, standardized temperature controlling mushroom house and thrice advanced thfermentation technology. From the substrates made to the composts transfer, the production process of Portabella mushroom achieves mechanization and automation. Besides, the raw material of Portabella is wheat straw and cow dung that are pollution-free. The waste after Portabella mushroom cultivation becomes organic bacterial manure of high Hitrogen, it can be reused in agricultural production.
Portabella mushroom tastes good and of high nutrition, it is favored by a wide range of customers. Till now, 85% Portabella mushroom were exported to other countries, such as, Japan and Korea. It is promising in current edible mushroom market.
