The price of Shiitake mushroom may rise in the next period

In recent days, there are five Shiitake mushroom dealers from Hubei, Henan and Zhejiang Province who announced that, from now, the purchasing price of raising standardized Shiitake mushroom is 15 CNY/KG. The purchasing price of Shiitake mushroom is 140 CNY/KG so far. 
Because of the price inflation, the cost of agricultural products is increasing. In the meanwhile, Shiitake mushroom products is in short supply in exporting market with the increasing of foreign orders and the shortage of supply in domestic dry food market. It seems inevitable that the price of Shiitake mushroom will gradually rise in the future.
