Beijing: Special supervision and inspection work on Cordyceps health food is carrying out in Shunyi

Since this February, Food and Drug Administration in Shunyi has carried out the special supervision and inspection work on Cordyceps health food within this district. It aims to inspect the production and operation enterprises which produce Cordyceps health food, such as, Cordyceps mycelium. 
The inspection team makes and keeps a record at the scene, punished severely the illegal propaganda and selling fake products behaviors. For the insufficiency of suppliers and food qualification, the law enforcement personnel ask for corrective actions at the scene. Till now, there are over 200 enterprises has signed the document of “Health Food Quality and Safety”, which is for further improvement of the sense of enterprises’ self-disipline, Cordyceps market order, and consumers’ legal rights.
