Hubei: The detection qualified rate of Jingzhou edible fungi’s pesticide residue was 100%

Recently, the Agricultural Products Quality Safety Supervision and Testing Center of Jingzhou City had made the random sampling supervision and detection about vegetables, fruits, edible fungi’s pesticide residues from 16 "basket" production base and 10 major agricultural production and management market town, sampling a total of 300 samples. Among them, a total of eight mushroom units, four species, 24 samples had no samples exceeded the detection, the passing rate is 100%. Frequently during the Spring Festival, as an indispensable food, the edible fungi’s sales volume will be substantially increased, the relevant departments should strengthen the quality and safety testing of food.
