Fujian: A middle school in Fuzhou started mushroom workshop as students practice base

 It is reported that Beifeng high school in Fuzhou is a fully enclosed boarding school, it is also a rural middle school, students had no hands-on practice opportunities. In October last year, the school got support from charity federation of Fuzhou and Jin’an district ,then opened the fungus mushroom , lead the students to practice growing mushrooms. At present, the school planted more than 400 bags mushrooms, the total output are 100kg, and 60kg of them are oyster mushrooms. It is beyond the expectation of the school. For these work, parts of them were sent to the school dining room to supply free meals, parts were sold to help poor students. Beifeng school principal Wangbinsong said the school will enlarge the scale of mushroom cultivation this year.
