Shanghai Jiangqiao Market: Analysis of Mushroom Price

According to mushroom quotation provided by Shanghai Jiangqiao Vegetable Wholesale Market, on July 24, Seafood mushroom is the sole variety that shows price fall, from 8.5 to 8 CNY per kg, indicating 5% of decline range.
On the contrary, on July 24, Oyster mushroom, Enoki mushroom and Brown Shimeji mushroom are 3 varieties that show price rise. 

1.Price of Oyster mushroom has risen from 15.6 to 16 CNY per kg, indicating 2% of increase range.

2.Price of Enoki mushroom has risen from 10 to 13 CNY per kg, indicating 30% of increase range.

3.Price of Brown Shimeji mushroom has risen from 8.33 to 9.17 CNY per kg, indicating 10% of increase range.

“Price of Shiitake mushroom, Pleurotus cornucopiae, White beech mushroom, King oyster mushroom, Button mushroom, Agrocybe cylindracea, Pleurotus geesteranus and Black fungus is respectively at 16 CNY, 12 CNY, 10 CNY, 6 CNY, 12 CNY, 8 CNY, 12 CNY and 7 CNY per kg,” introduces person in charge of Shanghai Jiangqiao Vegetable Wholesale Market warmly.
